Persepsi Nilai dan Minat Beli pada Lelang Kendaraan Bermotor Barang Rampasan Negara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi nilai dan minat beli terhadap kendaraan bermotor yang berasal dari barang rampasan negara melalui mekanisme lelang dan penjualan langsung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi persepsi risiko legalitas, kondisi fisik kendaraan, pengalaman peminat lelang, persepsi nilai, dan minat beli. Teknik analisis meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi, uji mediasi, uji moderasi, dan uji beda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi risiko legalitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap persepsi nilai, sedangkan kondisi fisik kendaraan berpengaruh positif signifikan. Persepsi nilai berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli serta berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengalaman tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi nilai, namun memoderasi pengaruh risiko dengan memperlemah dampaknya. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan persepsi nilai dan minat beli antara kendaraan roda dua dan selain roda dua. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan lelang dan penjualan langsung kendaraan bermotor barang rampasan negara sangat ditentukan oleh kesesuaian antara harga dan persepsi nilai pasar.
