Faktor – Faktor dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Melalui Dynamic Capability dan Workplace pada PT xxx

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dynamic capability dan workplace terhadap produktivitas dengan peran mediasi kinerja organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Sampel berjumlah 125 karyawan PT Ara Shoes yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dynamic capability dan workplace berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan produktivitas. Kinerja organisasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas serta mampu memediasi hubungan antara dynamic capability dan workplace terhadap produktivitas. Kesimpulannya, penguatan kapabilitas dinamis dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif mampu meningkatkan produktivitas baik secara langsung maupun melalui optimalisasi kinerja organisasi.
