This community service activity aimed to strengthen the social-emotional abilities and independence of Persons with Social Welfare Problems (PPKS) with disabilities through psychoeducational and creative approaches at Sentra Budi Perkasa Palembang. The program was designed to address the limited ability of participants in recognizing emotions, interacting socially, expressing feelings, and developing daily living independence. The methods used in this activity included participatory observation, psychoeducation, mentoring, creative activities, and social interaction exercises carried out through several programs such as emotional box, tree of hope, mini story theater, fun science day, happy journal, mental guidance sessions, and vocational skill activities. The implementation involved active collaboration between students, social workers, and beneficiaries in a supportive and inclusive environment. The results of the community service showed that the psychoeducational and creative approaches contributed positively to the improvement of participants’ social-emotional skills and self-confidence. Participants demonstrated better emotional expression, increased participation in group interactions, improved communication, and stronger motivation to engage in daily activities independently. Creative-based activities also encouraged participants to develop cooperation, self-expression, and adaptive behavior in a more enjoyable learning atmosphere. In addition, the program helped create a more supportive social environment within the rehabilitation center and enhanced students’ practical competencies in psychological assistance and social empowerment. Therefore, psychoeducational and creative interventions can become effective strategies for supporting the psychosocial development and independence of PPKS with disabilities in rehabilitation settings.
2026-06-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Deany Afriany, Syakira Inayah Nayra, Zia Maharani, Nurul Faradyah, Nabila Khoirunisa, Putri Patma Sarihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2463Pengaruh Komposit Pati Ganyong (Canna edulis) terhadap Karakteristik Dimsum Ikan Tongkol2026-05-21T20:23:57+07:00Aliya Gaitza Zhafira [email protected]Muhammad Ansori[email protected]
The use of local starches, such as ganyong, in food products is continuously being developed to enhance food diversification and product physical characteristics. This research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The sample consisted of 204 late adolescents aged 18–21 years in Karawang, selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected through psychological scales measuring subjective well-being, social support, and resilience, namely the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) for subjective well-being, the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) for social support, and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) for resilience.. Instrument validity and reliability were confirmed, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after meeting classical assumption tests. The results showed that social support and resilience simultaneously have a significant effect on subjective well-being (F = 36.393; p < 0.05). Partially, social support (t = 4.882; p < 0.05) and resilience (t = 4.339; p < 0.05) both have positive and significant effects on subjective well-being. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.266) indicates that 26.6% of subjective well-being is explained by these variables, while the remaining 73.4% is influenced by other factors. These findings suggest that higher social support and resilience contribute to better subjective well-being among adolescents after breakups. Thus, strengthening social relationships and internal coping capacity is essential to support adolescent mental health.
2026-06-13T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Windi Dwi Astuti, Nuram Mubina, Rizky Ajeng Pratiwihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2261Trends, Volatility, and Growth in UM-PTKIN Admissions: Strategic Implications for State Islamic Higher Education Institutions2026-04-09T07:38:56+07:00Widi Cahya Adi[email protected]Miftahussadi’ah[email protected]Muhamad Rahman Bayumi[email protected]Oki Sapitri Menghayati[email protected]
This study examines trends, growth, and volatility in UM-PTKIN admissions as strategic indicators of institutional adaptability within Indonesia’s State Islamic Higher Education system. Using longitudinal administrative data from 2022 to 2025, the study applies a quantitative descriptive–comparative approach to analyze admissions dynamics across different types of State Islamic Higher Education Institutions, namely State Islamic Universities (UIN), State Islamic Institutes (IAIN), and State Islamic Colleges (STAIN). Admissions performance is assessed through a horizontal trend index, compound annual growth rates (CAGR), and year-to-year volatility measures. The findings reveal a persistent national-level contraction in UM-PTKIN participation, indicating structural pressures affecting centralized admissions pathways. However, institutional-level analysis demonstrates pronounced heterogeneity. UIN institutions experience the sharpest decline, characterized by negative growth and high volatility, reflecting heightened exposure to national competition. IAIN institutions display mixed but relatively resilient trajectories, while STAIN institutions exhibit strong positive growth and sustained upward trends, despite overall system-level contraction. Volatility patterns further indicate that admissions instability is closely linked to institutional positioning rather than institutional scale alone. These results suggest that UM-PTKIN admissions dynamics function as strategic signals of enrolment governance capacity rather than as isolated performance outcomes. The study contributes to enrolment management and institutional differentiation literature by extending these frameworks to faith-based public higher education contexts. Policy implications highlight the need for differentiated enrolment governance strategies that recognize institutional heterogeneity to support sustainable admissions planning within Indonesia’s Islamic higher education system.
2026-04-24T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Widi Cahya Adi, Miftahussadi’ah, Muhamad Rahman Bayumi, Oki Sapitri Menghayatihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2421Evaluation of the Classification of the Type A Terminal in Leuwipanjang, Bandung2026-05-13T14:44:37+07:00Hendry Sampurna[email protected]Ike Oktaviani[email protected]Ngir Tjuk Hirwo[email protected]Draga Hasan Saputra[email protected]Jon Putra[email protected]

These changes impact terminal classification, service quality, and overall terminal performance. This study analyzes the spatial and temporal variations of thermal conditions across the province during 2017–2025. Air temperature and relative humidity data were obtained from the ERA5-Land reanalysis dataset and processed using Google Earth Engine. Thermal conditions were evaluated using the Discomfort Index (DI), while validation was carried out through comparison with in-situ observations from the Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS). The findings reveal a gradual increase in DI throughout the study period, indicating a decline in environmental comfort levels. Temporally, January recorded the highest DI due to elevated humidity, whereas October showed relatively more comfortable conditions. Spatial analysis demonstrates that highland regions consistently experienced lower DI compared to lowland and coastal areas, emphasizing the important role of elevation in shaping thermal conditions. Validation results confirm that ERA5-Land data are reliable for examining thermal comfort patterns in Central Java.
2026-06-13T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Alma Nugrahaning Putri, Purnomo Adi Saputrohttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2543Forgiveness Pada Emerging Adulthood Yang Mengalami Toxic Relationship: Tinjauan Dukungan Sosial dan Self-Compassion2026-06-10T12:11:33+07:00Hafifah Nur Andini[email protected]Nuram Mubina[email protected]Yuwono Pratomo[email protected]
Toxic Relationship pada emerging adulthood dapat menimbulkan luka emosional dan kesulitan dalam melakukan forgiveness. This study aims to analyze how Javanese and Muhammadiyah cultures influence the construction of meaning in the Qur'an Jawen and Tafsir Qur'an Jawen Pandum lan Panduming Dumadi. The study uses a qualitative method based on a literature review, using the two commentaries as primary data sources. The analysis is carried out through Michel Foucault's power/knowledge approach to examine the relationship between tafsir and Muhammadiyah's socio-religious authority, as well as Hans-Georg Gadamer's hermeneutics, especially the concept of fusion of horizons, to understand the process of meaning formation in the socio-cultural context of colonial Java. The results of the study show that the use of Javanese with the Carakan script not only functions as a medium of religious communication, but also represents the cultural identity of the palace environment, which became the social basis for the birth of the two commentaries. In interpreting the concept of jihad in QS. al-Taubah [9]: 73, the Qur’an Jawen articulates jihad as sincerity in preaching and practicing religion, not physical resistance against colonialism. Meanwhile, Tafsir Qur’an Jawen Pandum lan Panduming Dumadi recontextualizes the Jewish and Christian conflict in QS. al-Baqarah [2]: 113 as a critique of the internal divisions of Muslims. This finding shows that interpretation functions as an arena for the production of meaning influenced by power relations, as well as a cultural da’wah strategy that connects the message of the Qur’an with the reality of Javanese society. This research contributes to the development of Nusantara interpretation studies by demonstrating the relationship among local culture, religious authority, and the process of meaning formation within the tradition of Qur’anic interpretation.
2026-06-04T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Anita Sartika, Wahyu Hidayathttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2310The Influence of Ecotheological Value Internalization on Green Organizational Behavior: an Empirical Study of Civil Servants at the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Palembang City2026-04-22T07:20:15+07:00Budiman[email protected]Baharudin[email protected]
The global ecological crisis demands organizational behavior transformation in the public sector, particularly in religious institutions like Indonesia's Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag), which hold strong moral legitimacy in society. This study examines the influence of ecotheological value internalization (INE) encompassing ecological-spiritual identity, transcendental meaning in bureaucracy, collective stewardship commitment, and ethical ecological decision-making on green organizational behavior (GOCB/POH), namely voluntary actions such as eco-initiatives, green advocacy, and interpersonal eco-helping. Employing an explanatory quantitative design, the research surveyed 385 civil servants (ASN) at the Palembang City Kemenag Office via proportionate stratified random sampling, using validated Likert-scale questionnaires (Cronbach's α = 0.85–0.92). Simple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 32 revealed a positive and significant effect of INE on GOCB (R = 0.507; R² = 0.257; β = 0.519; t = 11.51; p < 0.001), explaining 25.7% of GOCB variance. These findings reinforce the Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory and workplace ecospirituality adaptation in Islamic religious bureaucracy contexts, with practical implications for integrating INE into Kemenag's vision-mission to accelerate green bureaucracy aligned with SDGs and Asta Protas. This research uses a normative legal research type of a descriptive nature, examining the provisions of legislation in the field of employment and relating them to the practice of K3 implementation in flexible work systems. Research data was obtained through literature studies covering primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, as well as tracing relevant national regulations. The results of the study show that PT Reska Multi Usaha has implemented K3 guarantees for WFA workers through written policies based on SMK3, digital-based health and safety programs, fulfillment of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership obligations, an integrated incident reporting mechanism, as well as ergonomic empowerment and mental health programs for remote workers. The implementation faces several obstacles, including limited direct supervision over the work environment of WFA workers, low awareness among some workers of ergonomic and psychosocial risks, and the absence of specific regulations governing K3 in the Work From Anywhere work system comprehensively in Indonesia. Efforts to resolve these challenges are carried out through digitalization of the K3 monitoring system, strengthening of online-based education programs, and development of internal WFA K3 guidelines as a corporate self-regulation instrument. This research is expected to make an academic and practical contribution to the development of K3 policies that are adaptive to the dynamics of modern work systems.
2026-05-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Rizky Fahrezi, Abdul Razak Nasution, Hasdiana Juwita Bintanghttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2537The Effect of Social Support and Self-Efficacy on Burnout in Working Students2026-06-08T15:30:30+07:00Enjang Maulana[email protected]Arif Rahman Hakim[email protected]Mohammad Iqbal[email protected]
This study aims to determine the effect of social support and self-efficacy on burnout in working students. Data were analyzed by examining the ecological values and environmental ethics reflected in the legends. The findings reveal that these legends embody five environmental ethics: respect for nature, responsibility, solidarity, care and compassion, and non-interference with natural life. The legends also demonstrate a close relationship with the environmental ecosystem, portraying nature as an essential part of community life and as a medium for fostering ecological awareness. Therefore, the legends of the Pasemah ethnic community in South Bengkulu Regency serve as one of the traditional ways through which earlier generations instilled ecological awareness in their descendants. The primary objective is to identify how early adverse experiences contribute to adult insecurity and to analyze the mediating role of attachment styles as well as the moderating effects of resilience and social support. A quantitative cross-sectional design was employed, involving 247 participants aged 18–35 years. Data were collected using standardized instruments, including the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), Experiences in Close Relationships Scale (ECR-R), and validated measures of resilience and perceived social support. Statistical analyses were conducted using correlation, regression, mediation, and moderation techniques. The results indicate that childhood trauma significantly predicts adult insecurity, with attachment insecurity serving as a key mediating factor. Individuals with higher trauma exposure tend to develop maladaptive attachment patterns, which in turn increase vulnerability to insecurity in adulthood. Furthermore, resilience and social support were found to significantly reduce the strength of this relationship, highlighting their protective role. These findings emphasize that the long-term impact of childhood trauma is not only direct but also operates through complex psychological pathways. The study underscores the importance of early intervention, attachment-based approaches, and strengthening protective factors to reduce insecurity in adulthood.
2026-05-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Rismaida Pariang Ariyanti Napitupulu, Maryana, Wilda Fasim Hasibuanhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2367Analysis Of Cases Of Disciplinary Violations By Civil Servants In The Department Of Education And Culture Of Medan City (A Case Study At The Department Of Education And Culture Of Medan City)2026-05-05T14:37:34+07:00Majidah Pohan[email protected]Ali Yusran Gea[email protected]Tamaulina Br. Sembiring[email protected]
This study aims to examine the types of disciplinary violations committed by State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Medan City Education and Culture Office, identify the factors causing these violations, and analyze the handling mechanisms and corrective measures implemented. The research focuses on the types of disciplinary violations committed by ASN, the internal and external factors influencing these violations, and the disciplinary enforcement process in accordance with statutory provisions. The research method used was empirical research with a field study approach to obtain data directly from relevant agencies. The results showed that civil servant disciplinary violations were still dominated by violations related to attendance, task performance, work ethics, administration, and integrity, with the most frequent violations being unexcused absences, tardiness, and misuse of work time. The causes of violations come from internal factors, such as low work motivation, personal problems, and lack of focus on work, as well as external factors, including a less conducive work environment, perceived unfair treatment, and weak supervision from leaders. Handling of ASN disciplinary violations is carried out based on the provisions of laws and regulations governing ASN as well as Law Number 28 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of a Clean State Free from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism, and Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration. The handling process includes written summonses, investigations, imposing sanctions according to the level of violation, and granting civil servants the right to pursue administrative action. Efforts to improve discipline are carried out through a combination of coaching, supervision, regulatory dissemination, and the firm application of sanctions, which are expected to enhance the professionalism, discipline, and integrity of civil servants in providing public services.
2026-05-26T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Majidah Pohan, Ali Yusran Gea, Tamaulina Br. This study aims to describe the impact of profit-based leadership training on improving the understanding of leadership materials in 10th-grade female students. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with a pre-test and post-test design on training materials covering self-leadership, communication, conflict management, and decision-making. The research subjects consisted of 30 female students selected through a purposive sampling technique. The pre-test results showed that the participants' initial level of understanding was still in the low to moderate category. After participating in a series of training sessions during the four sessions, the post-test results showed a significant increase in mastery of concepts and application of leadership materials. Descriptive analysis showed that some participants experienced an increase in scores of more than 30% compared to their initial scores. These results indicate that profit leadership training can be a relevant and effective strategy in improving the knowledge and readiness of female students in carrying out the leadership role of 10th-grade female students in an Islamic boarding school environment.
2026-05-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Ismala Astarihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2492The Relationship Between Boredom Proneness And Problematic Smartphone Use Among Adolescents2026-05-26T10:06:39+07:00Dillvia Nadilla Putri[email protected]Nurul Aiyuda[email protected]Risca Aulia[email protected]
Adolescents are an age group with high levels of smartphone use, making them susceptible to problematic smartphone use. One psychological factor believed to play a role in this condition is boredom proneness, which is an individual’s tendency to become easily bored. Adolescents with high levels of boredom tend to use smartphones as a means of distraction, which, if uncontrolled, can have a negative impact on daily activities. This study aims to determine the relationship between boredom proneness and problematic smartphone use among adolescents in Indonesia. A quantitative correlational approach was used. The sample consisted of 280 adolescents aged 12–18 years, comprising 214 females and 66 males, selected via purposive sampling. The research instruments used were the Short Boredom Proneness Scale and the Smartphone Addiction Scale–Short Version. Data were analyzed using the Pearson Product-Moment correlation test. The results of the analysis indicated a significant positive relationship between boredom proneness and problematic smartphone use, with a correlation coefficient of r = .693 and a significance level of p < .05. These findings suggest that the higher the level of boredom proneness among adolescents, the higher the level of problematic smartphone use. Thus, boredom proneness is one of the psychological factors contributing to the emergence of problematic smartphone use among adolescents.
2026-06-16T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Dillvia Nadilla Putri, Nurul Aiyuda, Risca Auliahttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2562The Communication Strategy of Utilizing Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) to Popularize Padel at Padel Pro Kemang2026-06-14T06:36:20+07:00Madelyn Aurelia Adaira[email protected]Made Leni Wijayanti Panggabean[email protected]
The rapid growth of padel in Indonesia, particularly among urban communities, has been closely associated with the emergence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), a phenomenon that encourages individuals to participate in activities perceived as popular and socially valuable. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies employed by Padel Pro Kemang in utilizing FoMO to popularize padel among upper-class communities in Jakarta. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied, with data collected through in-depth interviews involving Padel Pro Kemang management, coaches, influencers, and padel players. The findings indicate that Padel Pro Kemang strategically leverages FoMO through social media exposure, community development, event and tournament organization, social proof generated by high participation rates, and the construction of an exclusive image supported by premium facilities and international standards. These strategies successfully shape public perceptions of padel as a modern, prestigious, and socially desirable sport. The study further reveals that FoMO acts as an initial driver encouraging individuals to try padel, while long-term participation is sustained by positive playing experiences, health benefits, social networking opportunities, and a sense of belonging within the padel community. The findings demonstrate that FoMO-based communication strategies play a significant role in increasing public awareness, participation, and the popularity of padel among Jakarta’s urban upper-class society.
2026-06-23T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Madelyn Aurelia Adaira, Made Leni Wijayanti Panggabeanhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2461Kajian Empiris: Hubungan Minat Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Dalam Mata Pelajaran Al Qur'an-Hadis 2026-05-21T13:55:01+07:00Harmathilda[email protected]Uswatun Hasanah[email protected]Firman Mansir[email protected]Masni Erika Firmiana[email protected]Dini Permanasari[email protected]Iredho Fani Reza[email protected]
This research reveals that interest in learning has a significant correlation on student learning outcomes in al-Qur'an and Hadith subjects. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that KOPRI PMII UBJ views women smoking in Gadis Kretek as no longer a taboo, but increasingly normalized due to cultural shifts and changes in societal mindsets, although some older generations still hold negative stigmas. KOPRI believes that women and men have equal rights to express themselves, including in the choice to smoke, and therefore gender-based discrimination is unjustified. They emphasize the importance of respecting individual decisions as long as they do not disturb others, and argue that women who smoke should not be automatically associated with negative character. Through the character Dasiyah in Gadis Kretek, the series portrays women as strong, independent, responsible, and empowered, offering a new perspective that challenges existing stigmas and suggests that negative views toward women smoking are not always relevant in contemporary society.
2026-05-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Nabilah Mumtaz, Syahrul Hidayantohttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2290The Role of Mindfulness Parenting in Supporting Early Childhood Emotional Development2026-04-18T05:25:30+07:00Maryana[email protected]Rismaida P. A. Napitupulu[email protected]
This study examines the role of mindful parenting in supporting the emotional development of early childhood. Emotional regulation problems among young children, such as tantrums and behavioral difficulties, are often associated with less responsive parenting practices. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how parenting mindfulness contributes to children's emotional development and to identify the mechanisms underlying this relationship. This research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design involving 245 parents of children aged 3–6 years. Data were collected using standardized instruments, including the Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting Scale (IM-P), Emotion Regulation Checklist (ERC), and Parent–Child Relationship Scale (PCRS). The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that mindful parenting has a significant positive effect on children's emotional development. Parents with higher levels of mindfulness tend to demonstrate greater emotional awareness, non-reactivity, and responsiveness, which foster a supportive emotional environment for children. Furthermore, the findings reveal that the parent–child relationship and parental emotion regulation significantly mediate this relationship. Children of mindful parents show better emotional regulation, with an improvement of approximately 18% compared to those with lower levels of mindful parenting. In conclusion, mindful parenting plays a crucial role in enhancing early childhood emotional development through improved parental emotional regulation and stronger parent–child relationships. This study highlights the importance of integrating mindful parenting practices into parenting education and early childhood programs.
2026-05-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Maryana, Rismaida P. Using a descriptive qualitative method with ethnographic approaches—field observation, interviews with cultural maestros, and documentation of chants and practices—the research interprets symbolic meanings, cultural values, and ecological wisdom. Complementary analysis of Qur’anic exegesis, particularly Rūḥ al-Ma‘ānī by Al-Ālūsī, through Qawā‘id al-Tafsīr and Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah, situates the tradition within Islamic ecotheology. Findings reveal that Dundai Naek Sialang is not merely ritual chanting but embodies spiritual, social, and character education values aligned with Qur’anic messages on human stewardship (khalīfah, QS 2:30), prohibition of corruption (fasād, QS 7:56), and cosmic trust (amanah, QS 33:72). Thus, the tradition is relevant as intangible cultural heritage and ecological worship practice.
2026-06-13T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Wanda Lesmana, Andy Hariyono, Puji Eko Purnomo, Herwandi, Munirhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2437Implementation of the Tilawati Method with Nagham Bayyati in Improving the Ability to Read the Qur'an at the Babussalam Bosso Class B Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA), Luwu Regency2026-05-16T18:46:48+07:00Hamsinar Hatta[email protected]
This study aims to improve the ability to read the Qur'an of students through the application of the Tilawati method with Nagham Bayyati at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) Babussalam Bosso, class B Luwu Regency. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were class B students of TPA Babussalam Bosso. The results of the study showed that the application of the Tilawati method with Nagham Bayyati was able to improve the ability to read the Qur'an of students gradually and significantly. In cycle I, the ability to read the Qur'an of students was still in the sufficient category, marked by the presence of errors in the pronunciation of letters, the application of the rules of tajweed, reading fluency, and the lack of mastery of the rhythm of reading and the students' self-confidence. After improvements were made in cycle II, there was a significant improvement, where students began to be able to read more fluently, correctly in pronunciation and tajweed, and were more confident in reading the Qur'an in front of the class. These improvements are not only evident in cognitive aspects, but also in affective aspects, such as increased motivation, interest, and active participation of students in learning. The use of Nagham Bayyati creates a more engaging and enjoyable learning environment, encouraging students to be more active and enthusiastic in their learning. The Tilawati method, implemented gradually, systematically, and repeatedly, also helps students improve and enhance the quality of their reading.
2026-05-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Hamsinar Hattahttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2465The Effectiveness of Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch Growing Media and Liquid Organic Fertilizer on the Production of Pakcoy Mustard (Brassica rapa) in a Hydroponic System2026-05-22T07:56:00+07:00Reza Andry Prabowo[email protected]Najla Lubis[email protected]Desi Sri Pasca Sari Sembiring[email protected]
The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of planting media and liquid organic fertilizer on the production of pakcoy mustard in a hydroponic system. The study is motivated by the growing concern over environmental degradation, which is also represented in literary works as a form of criticism and reflection on the relationship between humans and nature. Through an ecocritical approach, this research seeks to reveal how ecological conflicts and environmental issues are portrayed in the novel. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with an ecocritical literary approach. The data consisted of words, sentences, dialogues, and narratives containing ecological conflicts and environmental representations in the novel Kekal karya Jalu Kancana. The primary data source was the novel Kekal by Jalu Kancana, published in 2019. Data were collected through library research by reading, marking, and recording relevant data. The data were analyzed through the processes of identification, classification, description, and interpretation based on Lawrence Buell’s ecocritical literary theory. The findings reveal that the ecological conflicts in the novel include the exploitation of nature for human interests, conflicts of human interests with ecological impacts, unequal relationships between humans and nature based on anthropocentric perspectives, multilayered ecological impacts, and ecological conflicts as environmental criticism. Environmental representation is reflected through the environment as an essential part of life, a shared living space, a moral responsibility, and an entity that continuously changes human actions. This study demonstrates that the novel emphasizes the importance of ecological awareness and human responsibility in preserving environmental sustainability.
2026-06-16T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Natasya Julianti, Emi Agustina, Yayah Chanafiahhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2279Linking Future Time Perspective to Career Maturity: The Mediating Role of Self Efficacy2026-04-16T01:54:02+07:00Khairani Zikrinawati[email protected]Aisyah[email protected]
Career maturity is a condition when an individual already has a view, preparation, and confidence in themselves in facing the professional world of work. The main problem addressed in this study is the absence of an integrated management system that can balance trader livelihoods, spatial order, public comfort, coastal cleanliness, and tourism attractiveness. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using primary and secondary data collected through interviews, observation, policy documents, trader data, government reports, and relevant literature. The findings show that policy implementation remains constrained by weak spatial arrangement, fragmented institutional coordination, limited facility support, unclear trader-management mechanisms, and insufficient participatory involvement of MSME traders. The analysis also indicates that MSME trader arrangement should not be understood merely as a matter of control or relocation, but as a governance process that integrates economic empowerment, public-space management, tourism development, and environmental sustainability. The proposed integrated governance model emphasizes four main components: spatial integration, operational integration, participatory integration, and sustainability integration. This model is expected to help local government develop a more orderly, inclusive, competitive, and environmentally responsible system for managing coastal MSME traders. The study concludes that sustainable coastal MSME management in Tanjungpinang requires stronger coordination, clear zoning, trader participation, adequate infrastructure, and continuous monitoring to support both local economic growth and coastal tourism quality.
2026-05-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Raja Enkla Kurniadinta Putri Rahmina, Edy Akhyari, Dian Prima Safitrihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2563The Effect of Strengths-Based Leadership on Employee Performance Through Work Engagement with Leader-Member Exchange as a Moderating Variable at the Sidoarjo Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type B2026-06-14T06:42:48+07:00Riko Priyambada[email protected]Purwanto[email protected]Sri Rahayu[email protected]
This study aims to analyze the effect of strengths-based leadership on employee performance through work engagement with Leader-Member Exchange as a moderating variable at at the Sidoarjo Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type B. A quantitative approach using the Two-Stage Least Squares (2SLS) method is employed to address the endogeneity between ticket prices (HTP) and passenger demand (PPD). The main variables include the rupiah exchange rate, aviation fuel prices, airline operational costs, and consumers’ purchasing power. Estimation results indicate that the model is overidentified and satisfies all classical assumptions, with normally distributed residuals (p-value 0,9659 and 0,9763), homoscedasticity (p-value 0,3399 and 0,1422), and an absence of autocorrelation (p-value 0,2226 and 0,2489). Simultaneously, flight demand and operating costs exert an effect on ticket prices, with very high explanatory power (R² 0,9982; Prob F 0,0000), while the exchange rate serves as a cost transmission channel through the exchange rate pass-through mechanism. On the demand, ticket prices, exchange rates, and purchasing power significantly affect the number of passengers (R²:0,9782 and Prob F 0,000001), confirming a bidirectional causal relationship between price and demand after addressing endogeneity. These findings suggest that Rupiah depreciation and rising operating costs drive up ticket prices, which potentially suppresses demand; however, this impact can be mitigated by strengthened purchasing power and domestic economic recovery. Consequently, macroeconomic stability remains a pivotal factor for the sustainability of Indonesia’s domestic aviation demand in the post-pandemic era.
2026-05-26T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Yudha Pratidhina Ayu Maghfirany, Bakhtiar Efendi, Annisa Ilmi Fariedhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2558The Effect of Workload, Work Discipline, and Competence on the Performance of Police Officers at the Banyuwangi Regional Police through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable2026-06-12T16:46:12+07:00Suwandono[email protected]Budi Santoso[email protected]Haris Hermawan[email protected]
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work discipline, and competence on the performance of police officers at Polresta Banyuwangi, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Job satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of discipline and competence on performance, but it does not mediate the effect of workload on performance. This study concludes that improving police officers’ performance is more influenced by competence and work discipline than workload.
2026-06-23T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Suwandono, Budi Santoso, Haris Hermawanhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2293Fiscal Justice and the Principle of Direct Benefit in Regional Budget Politics: A Comparison of Motor Vehicle Tax Utilization in Two Provinces2026-04-20T02:54:25+07:00Derriansya Putra Jaya[email protected]Arie Wijaya[email protected]Aris Munandar[email protected]
This study analyzes the extent to which the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), as a regional tax, reflects the principles of fiscal equity and direct benefit in provincial budget policy. Using a comparative study design between West Java and South Sumatra Provinces in the 2025–2026 fiscal year, this study evaluates the consistency between PKB revenue and road infrastructure spending through the fiscal conversion ratio indicator. A qualitative approach based on analysis of regional budget documents, regulations, budget realization reports, and policy communications is used to integrate normative and institutional dimensions within a single evaluative framework. The findings indicate two models of PKB utilization. West Java exhibits a trend toward benefit-consistent budgeting with a relatively high fiscal conversion ratio and a strengthening of sectoral associations between taxes and road construction. In contrast, South Sumatra applies a more flexible general allocation budgeting model across sectors, but with a looser direct benefit association. This study also expands the concept of fiscal equity through the spatial dimension by introducing the urban–rural fiscal return gap and emphasizing the importance of fiscal sustainability in addressing potential tax base erosion in the transportation sector. The main contribution of this research is the operationalization of the fiscal conversion ratio as an evaluative indicator of the benefit principle at the subnational level, as well as the assertion that fiscal justice is the result of political allocation choices in a decentralized system.
2026-04-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Derriansya Putra Jaya, Arie Wijaya, Aris Munandarhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2343Itsar (Altruism) in Zakat in the Community of Pagar Alam City, South Sumatra2026-04-29T15:48:37+07:00Melis[email protected]Riska Dwi Septiani[email protected]Muharir[email protected]Nova Yanti Maleha[email protected]Choirunnisak[email protected]
This study aims to examine the influence of altruism on zakat payment decisions among the community of Pagar Alam City, South Sumatra. The study develops a sub-national Maqasid-based Welfare Index (MWI) by incorporating five dimensions: social welfare (Din), health (Nafs), education (Aql), human development (Nasl), and economic welfare (Mal), proxied respectively by social indicators, life expectancy, mean years of schooling, Human Development Index (HDI), and poverty rate. Using panel data across districts/cities, this research applies a composite index approach combined with panel regression analysis to examine the determinants and dynamics of multidimensional welfare. The results reveal a significant welfare decline during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, followed by a gradual recovery throughout 2022–2025. The regression findings indicate that health and education exert positive and significant effects on Maqasid-based welfare, while poverty negatively affects welfare performance. The findings demonstrate that the integration of Maqasid al-Shariah and SDGs provides a broader welfare perspective beyond conventional economic indicators. Despite improvements in human development, regional disparities and poverty remain major challenges for inclusive welfare achievement. The objective of this research is to examine the effect of perceived organizational support on burnout and to analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction among employees of PT Pegadaian. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed using survey data collected from employees through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results reveal that perceived organizational support has a significant negative effect on burnout, indicating that higher levels of organizational support reduce employees’ psychological exhaustion. Additionally, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, suggesting that supportive organizational practices enhance positive work attitudes. Job satisfaction also shows a significant negative effect on burnout, confirming its role as a protective psychological factor. Importantly, the findings demonstrate that job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and burnout. This indicates that organizational support reduces burnout not only directly but also indirectly through increasing job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational support systems and enhancing job satisfaction as strategic approaches to reducing burnout and improving employee well-being. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the mediating mechanism of job satisfaction in the relationship between organizational support and burnout within a state-owned enterprise context.
2026-05-24T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Putri Sartika Siregar, Meutia Nauly, Filia Dina Anggaraenihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2418Examining The Mechanism of Influencers to Motivate Urge of Impulsive Buying Through Tik Tok2026-05-13T11:09:43+07:00Mahendra Wahyu Isyaka Putra[email protected]Erlita Ridanasti[email protected]
The rapid growth of social commerce has intensified the role of social media influencers in shaping consumer purchasing behavior, particularly impulsive buying on platforms such as TikTok. This study aims to analyze the transmission mechanism of the crisis through the interaction between the exchange rate, monetary policy, and the financial system. The method employed is a qualitative approach using descriptive-analytical techniques applied to secondary data from the 1997-1998 period. The findings show that the sharp depreciation of the rupiah triggered a domino effect, leading to a surge in inflation and forcing the implementation of tight monetary policy through an extreme increase in interest rates. The novelty of this study lies in the reconstruction of the crisis transmission path by integrating three sectors simultaneously foreign exchange, monetary policy, and banking within a chronological narrative in order to reveal how exchange rate shocks systematically evolved into financial system failure. These findings confirm the existence of an interconnected crisis transmission mechanism, in which instability in one variable was able to paralyze the entire national economic system in a multidimensional manner.
2026-05-06T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Mawardihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2566The Effect of Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation on the Performance of Import Goods Physical Inspectors through Job Satisfaction at Medium Customs Type, Customs and Excise Controlling and Servicing Office of Tanjung Perak2026-06-14T07:00:27+07:00Firman Adi Kristanto[email protected]Sri Rahayu[email protected]Rifda Fitrianty[email protected]
This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on the performance of import goods physical inspectors through job satisfaction at Medium Customs Type, Customs and Excise Controlling and Servicing Office of Tanjung Perak. Fraud in financial statements is an important issue because it can reduce the credibility of the company, reduce investor confidence, and weaken the effectiveness of corporate governance. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the company's annual reports and financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and 134 observation data were obtained. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression by first performing classical assumption tests, which included normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity tests. Fraud detection was measured using the F-Score method, while the independence of the board of directors was measured by the proportion of independent directors, the audit committee was measured by the frequency of meetings, and the background of the board of directors was measured by the proportion of directors who had economic or financial education. The results of the study show that the elements of corporate governance have a significant effect on fraud detection with negative coefficients. These findings indicate that the improvement of the governance mechanism is likely to be followed by a decrease in the rate of fraud detection, which reflects that the monitoring mechanism functions more as a preventive measure than the detection of fraud. This research provides the implication that the effectiveness of corporate governance does not only depend on formal structures, but also on the quality of implementation, competence, and substantive independence in carrying out supervisory functions.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Fransiskus Selamat Putra Zebua, Melisa Anggraini, Dwi Hayu Estrinihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2515Studi Kebijakan Pengelompokan Standar Upah dan Rasio Kerja Petugas Kebersihan Lapangan di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Palembang2026-06-05T11:24:54+07:00Derriansya Putra Jaya[email protected]Lies Nur Intan[email protected]Zet Abdullah[email protected]Rita Junita[email protected]Supardi[email protected]
In the context of globalization and regional integration, paradiplomacy has become a crucial instrument for subnational governments to expand cross-border cooperation and enhance economic competitiveness. The main issue addressed concerns the extent to which the institutional, regulatory, and resource capacities of the Riau Islands Government are able to support subregional economic diplomacy within the framework of the Indonesia–Malaysia–Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT). This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, utilizing policy document analysis, in-depth interviews, and secondary data from relevant institutions. The findings indicate that paradiplomacy practices in the Riau Islands have significantly contributed to increasing foreign investment, exports, and strengthening cross-border logistics networks. Furthermore, collaboration among local governments and the private sector has fostered the development of halal tourism, the creative economy, and the digitalization of regional connectivity. However, challenges remain, particularly in legal harmonization and inter-agency coordination. Hamzah[email protected]
Culinary SMEs face a growth paradox in which increasing market demand is not always supported by operational readiness, quality standardisation, and governance capability. In highly digitalised and easily imitable markets, maintaining product quality and service reliability has become essential for sustainable business growth. Previous studies have generally treated the five pillars of the creative economy industry, technology, resources, institutions, and financial intermediation as additive supporting factors, with limited attention to the interrelationships among these pillars and the sequencing of capability development. This study aims to develop a culinary SME development model based on the five pillars of the creative economy through a case study of a local tahu kocek enterprise. A qualitative exploratory–explanatory case study design was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation and analysed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that technology functions as an accelerator of market demand and business visibility, while successful scaling depends on operational readiness, human resources, and governance capability. The study also identifies a bottleneck in the form of misalignment between rapid demand growth and production capacity readiness. Based on these findings, the research develops a sequenced capability model consisting of operational foundations, controlled market acceleration, governance strengthening, and sustainable scaling through financing and capacity investment. Theoretically, the study extends the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities perspectives. Practically, the model may guide SME development strategies and capability-based policy interventions.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Rini Aristin, Nur Fathin Luaylik, Moh. The high open unemployment rate among individuals aged 20–24, reaching 15.34% (BPS, 2024), underscores the urgency for final-year university students to develop a strong perception of their employability. This study aims to examine the effect of career adaptability on self-perceived employability among final-year students at Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang who are currently unemployed. A quantitative causal research design was employed, involving 326 students from the 2020, 2021, and 2022 cohorts, selected through quota sampling. Career adaptability was measured using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS), adopted and adapted by Sulistiani et al. (2018), while self-perceived employability was measured using the Self-Perceived Employability Scale for University Students, adapted from Rothwell et al. (2008). Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression in IBM SPSS Statistics 29. The results indicate that career adaptability has a positive and significant effect on self-perceived employability, with the regression equation SPE = 33.699 + 0.288CA, t = 9.746 (p < 0.001), and a coefficient of determination R² = 0.227. This suggests that career adaptability explains 22.7% of the variance in self-perceived employability, while 77.3% is influenced by factors beyond the scope of this study. Categorization shows that the majority of respondents fall into the moderate category for both variables. These findings emphasize the importance of developing career adaptability through structured career guidance programs in higher education to enhance students employability perceptions and readiness to enter a competitive workforce.
2026-06-16T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Kalista Putri Suwandi, Nur Ainy Sadijah, Regi Ramadanhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2317The Influence of Work Environment, Work Facilities, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of brand authenticity on consumer loyalty through the mediating roles of brand trust and perceived value in the context of Apple products. The method employed was quantitative with a descriptive design. Respondents were Generation Z Apple users residing in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The sample size was determined using the rule of five times the number of indicators, resulting in 205 respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that brand authenticity has a significant positive effect on perceived value (coefficient 0.705), brand trust (0.594), and consumer loyalty (0.277). Perceived value (0.475) and brand trust (0.226) also play important roles in strengthening consumer loyalty toward Apple products. The mediation analysis reveals that perceived value mediates the effect of brand authenticity on loyalty (0.335) more strongly than brand trust (0.134). These findings suggest that brand authenticity affects consumer loyalty both directly and indirectly through enhanced brand trust and perceived value. Therefore, strengthening brand authenticity may serve as an effective strategic approach for companies seeking to maintain consumer loyalty among Generation Z.
2026-06-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Havid Han, Muhammad Raju , Sarahttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2338The Impact of Brick Business on the Absorption of Local Labor in Sukodadi Village, Sukarami District, Palembang City from the Perspective of Hifzul Maal2026-04-27T17:17:36+07:00Said Abdullah Syahab[email protected]Abdan Sakura[email protected]Abubakar Sidik[email protected]
Brick-making businesses are labor-intensive micro-enterprises that play an important role in absorbing local labor in Sukodadi Village, Sukarami District, Palembang City. These businesses provide employment opportunities for low-educated communities who have limited access to formal jobs. However, labor practices remain largely informal, with unclear wage standards and limited worker protection, which require evaluation from the Hifzul Mal perspective. This study aims to analyze the impact of brick-making businesses on local labor absorption, identify factors encouraging local residents to work in this sector, and assess labor management practices based on Hifzul Mal principles. The research adopts a qualitative field research approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing with triangulation. The findings show that brick-making businesses have a positive impact on local labor absorption, particularly in manual production processes. Key factors include limited formal job opportunities, low education levels, and easy access to work. Nevertheless, from the Hifzul Mal perspective, labor management has not fully reflected principles of justice, worker protection, and sustainability, indicating the need for improved business governance.
2026-05-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Said Abdullah Syahab, Abdan Sakura, Abubakar Sidikhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2446Regional Economic Efficiency In South Sumatera, 2024-2025: A DEA Approach2026-05-19T18:12:54+07:00Wiga Ayu Desmanita[email protected]Ahmad Syaifullah[email protected]Inne Miftah Dewi[email protected]
This study aims to analyze the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of regional economic performance across regencies/cities in South Sumatra Province during 2024-2025 using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This study applies a quantitative approach, with 17 regencies/cities treated as Decision Making Units (DMUs). The input variables include household consumption, government expenditure, investment, and net exports, while the output variable is Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The findings show that, under the CRS model, the number of efficient regions increased from five in 2024 to six in 2025. Meanwhile, the VRS results indicate that several regions were purely technically efficient but had not yet achieved scale efficiency. Muara Enim, Musi Banyuasin, PALI, Palembang, and Pagar Alam were consistently efficient. DEA projections also reveal that several regions still have potential to improve GRDP, particularly Empat Lawang, Prabumulih, Ogan Komering Ulu, Musi Rawas Utara, and OKU Timur. These findings indicate that regional economic development policies should be directed toward optimizing economic inputs, adjusting the scale of operation, and using benchmarks as a basis for evidence-based policymaking.
2026-05-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Wiga Ayu Desmanita, Ahmad Syaifullah, Inne Miftah Dewi3https://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2522The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Gen Z Worker Satisfaction in the Karawang Manufacturing Industry2026-06-05T23:47:26+07:00Haifa Putri Utami[email protected]Linda Mora[email protected]Haryanti Mustikaharyanti.mustika@ubpkarawang
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on the satisfaction of Generation Z workers in the Karawang manufacturing industry. Unlike conventional approaches such as descriptive analysis or SWOT analysis, this study employs MICMAC to systematically map the direct and indirect influence-dependence relationships among strategic variables within a complex rural tourism system. This study contributes by developing an integrated structural framework that simultaneously incorporates rural economic development, halal tourism principles, institutional governance, community participation, digitalization, environmental sustainability, and local cultural preservation. Through MICMAC analysis, the study is able to identify key driving variables, relay variables, dependent variables, and autonomous variables, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the causal structure underlying sustainable halal tourism village development. Methodologically, this study demonstrates that MICMAC analysis can serve as an effective strategic policy tool for identifying priority intervention areas in complex village-based tourism systems. The findings provide a more systematic and evidence-based foundation for policymakers in designing phased and sustainable halal tourism village development strategies in Indonesia.
The main issue addressed in this research is the fluctuation of farmers' income influenced by various internal and external factors. The variables examined include land area, farming experience, informal education, selling price, productivity, technology adoption, and access to capital. This study employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 195 corn farmers selected using a structured sampling technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents, while secondary data were obtained from relevant institutions and literature. Data analysis techniques used are Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to identify dominant factors and Multiple Linear Regression to examine both partial and simultaneous effects of the variables. Prior to analysis, classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, were conducted to ensure the validity of the regression model. The results show that simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on farmers' income. Partially, land area, informal education, and selling price have a positive and significant effect on income. The analysis also reveals that selling price is the most dominant variable in determining farmers' income. In contrast, technology adoption and access to capital do not show significant effects in the model. These findings imply the importance of maintaining price stability, improving market access, and strengthening farmers' capacity through extension services and training programs to enhance productivity and welfare. Furthermore, policy support from the government is needed to create a more sustainable agricultural system and reduce income volatility among corn farmers in the study area. In addition, improving infrastructure, strengthening farmer institutions, and enhancing access to market information are essential strategies to support income growth and long-term agricultural sustainability.
2026-05-24T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Nisa Ulzannah, Annisa Faried, Anggia Ramadhanhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2410From Individual Responsibility to Regulatory Stewardship: Reconstructing Consumer Protection within Indonesia’s Health Influencer Ecosystem2026-05-12T06:00:44+07:00Denni Boy Saragih[email protected]Riswan Marshal[email protected]Vivit Puji Puspitasari[email protected]Friskha Suhailah Firdaus[email protected]
The proliferation of health influencers on social media has transformed health communication while generating new forms of consumer risk in digital environments. In Indonesia, this phenomenon occurs within a rapidly expanding digital ecosystem, where health information is increasingly mediated by algorithm-driven platforms rather than traditional medical authorities. However, the public authority exercised by health influencers is often not accompanied by professional competence or legal accountability, raising significant concerns for consumer protection. This study examines the legal challenges of consumer protection in digital health content in Indonesia using a normative juridical (doctrinal) approach, combining statutory, conceptual, and comparative analyses. Through legal gap analysis, it finds that existing legal frameworks, particularly the Consumer Protection Law, Health Law, and Electronic Information and Transactions Law, remain inadequate in regulating the legal status, transparency, and accountability of health influencers. The findings show that consumer harm is best understood as distributed harms, systemic and cumulative risks arising from interactions between influencers, platforms, sponsors, and regulatory limitations. In response, this article proposes a regulatory stewardship model that redistributes responsibility across these actors, offering a preventive and ecosystem-based approach to protecting public health in Indonesia’s digital environment.
2026-05-24T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Denni Boy Saragih, Riswan Marshal, Vivit Puji Puspitasari, Friskha Suhaila Firdaushttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2301The Effects of Self-Esteem and Peer Social Support on the Academic Resilience of Students Actively Involved in Organizations2026-04-21T03:43:01+07:00Ersa Lanang Sanjaya[email protected]Raissa Nabila Chusaini[email protected]
Students who are actively involved in campus organizations face challenges in balancing academic demands with organizational responsibilities. The instruments used were the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Peer Social Support from Friends scale, and the Academic Resilience Scale. A purposive sampling technique was used, involving 200 students actively engaged in organizational activities. The results of the analysis showed that self-esteem and peer social support had a significant effect on academic resilience. The findings suggested that students with higher levels of self-esteem and stronger peer support tend to withstand academic pressure more effectively and fulfil their organizational responsibilities. On the one hand, notaries have a duty to provide legal consultation as part of their social function; on the other hand, they are bound by a prohibition on promotion aimed at preserving the dignity and independence of the office. This situation creates normative ambiguity and the potential for ethical violations, particularly in the practice of legal consultation via digital media. The purpose of this study is to analyze the normative regulations regarding the prohibition on promotion in the Notary Office Act and the Notary Code of Ethics, as well as to examine the relevance and limitations of their application to legal consultation activities conducted by notaries in the digital age. The research method employed is normative legal research using a juridical, conceptual, and analytical approach. The findings indicate that the prohibition on promotion within the notary profession remains philosophically relevant for preserving the dignity, independence, and public trust in the notary profession. However, in the context of the digital era, existing regulations are not yet fully adaptive, thereby creating a gray area between educational legal counseling and covert promotion. Therefore, a reconstruction of the regulatory framework is necessary through the clarification of normative and ethical boundaries in digital legal counseling, including specific regulations regarding notaries’ digital communication, the strengthening of a digital-based code of ethics, and more responsive oversight mechanisms to technological developments.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Fahmi Nugraha, Khusnul Yakin, Tahengga Primananda Alfathhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2318Legal Implications for Children of Mixed Marriage and On Citizenship Rights in Indonesia2026-04-24T13:52:01+07:00Taufik Hidayat[email protected]Hepy Krisman Laia[email protected]Ali Yusran Gea[email protected]
Mixed marriages between Indonesian Citizens (WNI) and Foreign Citizens (WNA) are increasing along with globalization. This phenomenon has significant legal implications, especially in the aspects of immigration and citizenship. Children born of mixed marriages (between Indonesian citizens and foreigners) have dual citizenship limited to the age of 18 years (or a maximum of 21 years). This is regulated in UU No. 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship.Children automatically obtain Indonesian citizenship if one of their parents is an Indonesian citizen (principle of ius sanguinis). After 18 years, the child must choose one of the nationalities. If they do not choose on time, the child can become an apatride (without citizenship). The impact of mixed marriage poses problems including the Risk of Apatride, the Risk of Bipatride, Limited Inheritance Rights and Confusion in Legal Procedures.
2026-05-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Taufik Hidayat, Hepy Krisman Laia, Ali Yusran Geahttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2316Implementation of the Principle of Due Process of Law in Handling General Crimes in Indonesia2026-04-24T11:13:22+07:00Heriyanto Manurung[email protected]Rahmayanti[email protected]Muhammad Arif Sahlepi[email protected]
The principle of due process of law is one of the principles of a state based on the rule of law that guarantees the protection of human rights, particularly for suspects or defendants in criminal justice processes. In Indonesia, this principle is enshrined in various legal instruments, including the 1945 Constitution, the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), and a number of implementing regulations that emphasize the importance of fair, transparent, and non-arbitrary treatment during the investigation, prosecution, and trial processes. However, the implementation of this principle in handling general crimes still faces various problems, such as abuse of authority by law enforcement officers, criminalization practices, and disparities in the treatment of perpetrators. This study uses a normative juridical approach by analyzing regulations, doctrine, and judicial practices. The results show that although the principle of due process of law has been integrated into the Indonesian legal system, its implementation is not fully consistent. Constraints include weak oversight, lack of understanding among officials, and social and political pressures in case handling. Therefore, strengthening internal and external oversight mechanisms, increasing the capacity of law enforcement officers, and updating regulations with a greater emphasis on procedural standards are necessary. Thus, the application of the principle of due process of law in general crimes can be optimally implemented to achieve legal certainty, justice, and the protection of human rights.
2026-05-20T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Heriyanto Manurung, Rahmayanti, Muhammad Arif Sahlepihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2484The Role of Government Strategy in Encouraging Women's Empowerment in the Digital Era2026-05-25T12:03:25+07:00Misrina[email protected]Mega Fitri Hertini[email protected]
The rise of digital technology has created new opportunities for women's empowerment, yet structural and cultural barriers continue to hinder their full participation. The research addresses the growing concern that escalating geopolitical tensions disrupt global energy supply and contribute to rising inflationary pressures. The objective of this study is to analyze the direct effect of geopolitical risk on global inflation, assess its influence on energy market volatility, and identify the mediating role of energy price fluctuations. This research employs a quantitative approach using panel data from approximately 30 countries over the period 2010–2026. Secondary data were collected from reliable international sources, including the World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Geopolitical Risk Index (GPR). Data analysis was conducted using panel regression models and mediation analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings reveal that geopolitical tensions in the Middle East significantly increase global inflation, both directly and indirectly through heightened energy market volatility. Energy price fluctuations act as a partial mediator, indicating that disruptions in oil supply amplify inflationary pressures across countries, particularly in energy-importing economies. The study also finds that inflation responses vary across countries depending on their level of dependence on global energy markets. In conclusion, this study highlights the critical role of geopolitical stability in maintaining global economic balance. Policymakers are encouraged to strengthen energy diversification strategies and enhance international cooperation to mitigate the economic risks associated with geopolitical conflicts.
2026-04-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Fahrozi, Ma'mun Mukhid, Dedi Siswantohttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2374A Juridical Analysis of the Crime of Child Trafficking Committed by a Minor2026-05-06T14:42:58+07:00Sungkunen Purba[email protected]Rahmayanti[email protected]
Child trafficking is a criminal offense that violates children's rights and constitutes a serious issue within the juvenile criminal justice system, particularly when a child is not only a victim but also a perpetrator of the crime, as reflected in Decision Number 6/Pid.Sus-Anak/2024/PN Blb. This study formulates three main issues: the factors that lead children to commit the crime of child trafficking, the role and efforts of law enforcement authorities in handling such cases, and the legal policy and judicial considerations in imposing sanctions on child offenders. This research employs a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and case study approaches. Data were obtained from primary legal materials in the form of legislation and court decisions, as well as secondary legal materials including books and scholarly journals, which were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings indicate that children’s involvement as perpetrators is influenced by several factors, including economic hardship, family disharmony, weak parental supervision, peer group influence, and the misuse of digital technology as a means of exploitation. In addressing these cases, law enforcement authorities have acted in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System by prioritizing the protection of children's rights, legal assistance, and the principles of restorative justice. Judicial decisions emphasize the best interests of the child by imposing guidance and vocational training sanctions as alternatives to imprisonment. Therefore, the legal policy applied reflects a balance between law enforcement and child protection while emphasizing rehabilitation and the prevention of recidivism.
2026-06-16T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Rara Amalia Cendhayanie, Lindri Purbowatihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2412The Role of the Supervisory Agency in Enforcing Privacy and Data Security Laws in Indonesia2026-05-12T06:37:41+07:00Irma Fatmawati[email protected]Rahmayanti[email protected]
The development of information technology and digitalization has increased the volume and complexity of personal data processing in Indonesia, thus posing serious challenges related to privacy protection and data security. In this context, the existence of a supervisory body plays a strategic role in ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly following the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law). This study aims to analyze the role of the supervisory body in enforcing privacy and data security laws in Indonesia, including its supervisory functions, law enforcement, and the imposition of administrative sanctions. The method used is a normative juridical approach by analyzing laws and regulations and related literature. The results show that the supervisory body plays a significant role in creating legal certainty, raising awareness among business actors and the public, and encouraging the implementation of data protection principles. However, the effectiveness of this role still faces various obstacles, such as limited resources, inter-agency coordination, and low digital literacy among the public. Therefore, institutional strengthening, comprehensive derivative regulations, and increased human resource capacity are needed to achieve optimal personal data protection in Indonesia.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Irma Fatmawati, Rahmayantihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2468ANALISIS CONSTITUTIONAL ENGINEERING PADA PUTUSAN MK NOMOR 135/PUU-XXII/2024 TERHADAP REDESAIN PEMILU SERENTAK TAHUN 20292026-05-22T09:19:35+07:00Amin Nugrah Santoso[email protected]Kanza Indah Safitri[email protected]
Constitutional Court Decision Number 135/PUU-XXII/2024 represents a significant form of constitutional engineering within Indonesia’s constitutional system, particularly concerning the design of simultaneous elections. The ruling emerged as a response to the complexities experienced during the 2019 and 2024 simultaneous elections, which were considered to have imposed excessive administrative burdens, weakened the quality of democracy, and reduced voters’ ability to make rational political choices. This study examines how the concept of constitutional engineering is constructed in Constitutional Court Decision Number 135/PUU-XXII/2024 and analyzes its implications for the redesign of Indonesia’s simultaneous elections in 2029. The objective of this research is to identify the constitutional restructuring initiated by the Constitutional Court and to evaluate the new electoral framework established following the decision. This research employs a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Legal materials were obtained from Constitutional Court decisions, statutory regulations, and scholarly literature related to constitutional law and the theory of constitutional engineering. The data were analyzed qualitatively by examining the ratio decidendi of the decision and its constitutional implications for the national electoral system. The findings reveal that Constitutional Court Decision Number 135/PUU-XXII/2024 constitutes an effort of constitutional engineering through the reorganization of the simultaneous election model aimed at strengthening the presidential system, improving political representation, and simplifying electoral administration. The redesign of the 2029 elections is directed toward separating national and local electoral schemes, whereby the elections for President, the House of Representatives (DPR), and the Regional Representative Council (DPD) are conducted simultaneously at the national level, while regional head elections and Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) elections are held separately at a different time. This redesigned model is expected to reduce technical complexities in election management, reinforce political party institutionalization, enhance voter rationality, and promote greater governmental stability within Indonesia’s constitutional democracy. Therefore, the decision functions not merely as a judicial ruling, but also as an instrument of constitutional engineering that shapes a new direction for Indonesia’s electoral system toward a more proportional, efficient, and democratic simultaneous election model in 2029.
2026-05-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Amin Nugrah Santoso, Kanza Indah Safitrihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2331Lex Programmata and Pancasila Algorithmic Justice: Reconstructing Legal Ontology in the Age of Artificial Intelligence2026-04-27T10:31:57+07:00Suriyanto[email protected]
The digital transformation has shifted the ontological foundation of law from lex scripta to lex programmata, where norms are written in code and autonomously executed by artificial intelligence systems. This shift creates an ontological crisis, as law no longer operates as textual authority interpreted by humans but as computational authority that is self-executing and opaque. This study aims to formulate a reconstruction of Indonesian legal ontology through the paradigm of Pancasila Algorithmic Justice. Using a juridical-normative method with conceptual and legal philosophy approaches, this research reveals three key findings. First, lex programmata is characterized as executable, atemporal, and non-discursive, thereby reducing the interpretive space essential to the due process of law. Second, Pancasila Algorithmic Justice must be positioned as meta-rules binding the entire lifecycle of algorithms, from design to deployment, to ensure alignment with national values. Third, the reconstruction of Indonesia’s legal ontology demands a paradigm shift from the rule of law to the rule of code and ethics centered on the five principles of Pancasila. The practical implications of this study include the urgency to establish a Pancasila Regulatory Sandbox and a Sila-based Algorithmic Impact Assessment as instruments of substantive justice in the era of artificial intelligence.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Suriyantohttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2369Legal Review of the Legal Status of Co-Assistant in the Teaching Hospital According to Law No. 17 of 2023 Concerning Health2026-05-05T15:39:55+07:00Alza Hamonangan Pasaribu[email protected]T Riza Zarzani[email protected]M Arif Sahlepi[email protected]
Professional medical education in Indonesia requires medical graduates to undergo a professional phase (co-ass) at a teaching hospital. Lecturer HR development is a key aspect of public policy in higher education, with its effectiveness shaped by both implementation and the quality of institutional governance. The research employs a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, systematic observations, and document analysis. Policy implementation is assessed using George C. Edward III’s framework—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—while governance is evaluated based on good governance principles. Findings indicate that HR development policies are supported by a normative framework and leadership commitment, but are not fully institutionalized at the systemic level. Effectiveness is limited by resource constraints, incomplete procedures, and primarily consultative participation. The hierarchical governance structure, centered on a foundational entity, influences resource allocation and decision-making. The study concludes that policy implementation and governance are mutually reinforcing in determining the quality of lecturer HR development. Theoretically, it offers a comprehensive governance framework for private higher education. Practically, it recommends strengthening procedures, implementing performance-based evaluations, and enhancing substantive participation to ensure sustainable HR development.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Zet Abdullah, Supriyatnohttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2346Criminal Law Analysis of the Role of Influencers in Online Gambling Promotion in Indonesia2026-05-01T05:06:12+07:00Muhamad Ilham[email protected]Sumarno[email protected]Ismaidar[email protected]
The phenomenon of online gambling in Indonesia involving influencers as promoters through social media raises complex criminal law issues. Case data in the jurisdiction of the Southeast Aceh Police shows an increase in the number of domestic violence cases from 2020 to 2024. This increase indicates that there is still low public legal awareness, strong patriarchal cultural factors, and an inoptimal victim protection system. This study formulates problems regarding the obstacles faced by law enforcement officials, legal efforts carried out, and the role of law enforcement officials in handling domestic violence cases in the Southeast Aceh Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The purpose of this research is to analyze obstacles, examine the form of legal remedies, and assess the effectiveness of the role of law enforcement officials based on the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. The research method used is empirical normative legal research with a legislative approach and a case approach, supported by domestic violence case data in the last five years. The results of the study show that obstacles to handling domestic violence include limited facilities and infrastructure, limited human resources, low victim participation in the legal process, and socio-cultural factors of the community. Legal remedies carried out by law enforcement officials include preventive, repressive, and combined measures in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 23 of 2004 and the criminal procedure law. The role of law enforcement officials is a determining factor in ensuring victim protection and the effectiveness of law enforcement. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen institutional capacity, increase the professionalism of the apparatus, and increase public legal awareness in order to realize fair and victim-oriented domestic violence law enforcement.
2026-05-29T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Zubaidah, Rahmayanti, Suci Ramadanihttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2376The Image of Bengkulu City Government in Public Service Delivery as Reflected in Online Media Coverage From 2023 To 20252026-05-06T15:21:31+07:00Antonio Imanda[email protected]Martha Heriniazwi Dianthi[email protected]Dahlia[email protected]Dyah Noor Intan[email protected]
This study aims to analyze the image of the Bengkulu City Government in public service delivery as reflected in online media coverage from 2023 to 2025. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with qualitative content analysis. The data were obtained from online news articles discussing public service programs of the Bengkulu City Government, particularly the Harapan dan Doa Public Service Mall, Mobile Public Service Mall, digital public services, the Sippadek application, free licensing services, and the public service compliance assessment by the Ombudsman. The findings show that online media tend to construct a positive image of the Bengkulu City Government as an active, responsive, transparent, and adaptive local government in improving public services. The Public Service Mall appears as the dominant narrative because it represents integrated and accessible service delivery. In addition, the increasing number of service users, the implementation of mobile services, and the development of digital-based services strengthen the image of innovation and service improvement. However, the study also finds that the image presented in online media is mostly built from official government sources and institutional achievements. Public voices, service user experiences, and critical evaluations of service quality are less dominant in the news coverage. Therefore, the public service image of the Bengkulu City Government in online media can be understood as a positive institutional image, but it does not fully represent the complete experience of citizens in accessing public services.
2026-05-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Antonio Imanda, Martha Heriniazwi Dianthi, Dahlia, Dyah Noor Intanhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2311State’s Role Against Cyber Crime: Maintaining Democracy and Political Integrity2026-04-22T09:33:12+07:00Muhammad Ruslan Afandi[email protected]
The advancement of digital technology has fundamentally changed both the opportunities and vulnerabilities in the landscape of Indonesian democracy. This study examines the dual challenges posed by cybercrime and the role of the state in maintaining political integrity in the digital era. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research analyzes trends in cyberattacks targeting the democratic process, the proliferation of political disinformation, and the systematic responses undertaken by Indonesian government institutions. Data were obtained from academic literature, government reports, legal documents, and media studies, and then analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that cybercrime, ranging from attacks on election infrastructure to large-scale disinformation campaigns, poses a significant threat to public trust and the legitimacy of democratic institutions. The Indonesian government is responding with a multifaceted strategy, including regulatory reforms, the development of cybersecurity infrastructure, digital literacy initiatives, and cross-sector collaboration. However, challenges such as limited resources, inter-agency coordination, and public engagement continue to be faced. This study aims to analyze the form of criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of traffic accidents that resulted in the death of the victim and examine the application of restorative justice in the settlement of the case at the Pematangsiantar District Court. The results of the study show that the perpetrators of traffic accidents that resulted in the death of the victim can still be held criminally responsible based on the provisions of Article 310 paragraph (4) of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation and Article 359 of the Criminal Code.
2026-05-28T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Kaaisar Romolus Deo Sianipar, Ismaidar, Abdul Rahman Maulana Siregarhttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2332Childfree in Marriage: An Islamic Family Law Analysis from the Perspective of Maqashid al-Shariah2026-04-27T10:37:24+07:00Sarkowi[email protected]Muhammad Maghfur Agung[email protected]
The childfree phenomenon has become a contemporary issue that is increasingly developing among young couples, including within Muslim communities. The decision of married couples not to have children has generated debate from the perspective of Islamic family law, particularly regarding the objectives of marriage and the principles of maqashid al-shariah. This study aims to analyze the childfree phenomenon from the perspective of Islamic family law using the maqashid al-shariah approach. The research method employed is library research with normative-juridical and philosophical approaches. Data were obtained from classical and contemporary literature, scientific journals, and Islamic family law regulations. The results of the study indicate that childfree is not explicitly prohibited in Islam; however, it must be analyzed based on the objectives of marriage and maqashid al-shariah, particularly hifz al-nasl (the preservation of lineage). The decision to be childfree may be permissible under certain conditions, such as health, psychological, or urgent economic factors, but it is not recommended if it contradicts the primary objectives of marriage in Islam. Therefore, childfree is considered an ijtihadi and contextual decision that must take into account public benefit (maslahah) and the principles of maqashid al-shariah.
2026-05-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Sarkowi, Muhammad Maghfur Agunghttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2370Reinventing Public Leadership to Enhance Public Trust in Local Government Administration: A Case Study of the Rejang Lebong Regency Government for the 2025–2030 Period)2026-05-05T15:51:19+07:00Tuti Handayani IS[email protected]Rina Julita[email protected]Yanuar Rikardo[email protected]
This study examines the reinvention of public leadership in enhancing public trust toward local government administration in Rejang Lebong Regency during the 2025–2030 leadership period. Public trust is an essential element in local governance because it influences policy legitimacy, citizen participation, and the effectiveness of public service delivery. In the context of regional government, public trust is closely related to the ability of leaders to promote transparency, accountability, responsiveness, innovation, and effective public communication. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to analyze how public leadership renewal is practiced and how it contributes to strengthening community trust. Data are collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The findings indicate that reinventing public leadership is not only related to changes in leadership style, but also to broader improvements in governance practices. Leadership innovation, transparent information, responsive public services, meaningful citizen participation, accountable decision-making, and clear public communication are important factors in building public confidence. The study concludes that leadership renewal in Rejang Lebong Regency can become a strategic foundation for creating a more adaptive, participatory, service-oriented, and trusted local government administration. The study is important because population administration services are directly linked to citizens' legal identity and daily access to other public services, while digital transformation has become a strategic direction of Indonesian public administration. A descriptive qualitative case-study design was used. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving three key informants: the head of population administration information management, the Go Digital service operator, and community members who used the service. Data were analyzed inductively through reduction, display, and conclusion drawing with SERVQUAL as the analytical framework, covering reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The findings show that Go Digital has improved service quality by making procedures more structured, reducing queues, shortening processing time, increasing transparency, and widening access to administrative services. The application also supports better document tracking and reduces informal brokerage practices. However, service optimization is still constrained by unstable internet networks, system disruptions, fluctuating service responsiveness during peak demand, and limited digital literacy among some citizens. The study concludes that Go Digital has contributed positively to the modernization of public services at Disdukcapil West Lombok, but sustainable improvement requires stronger infrastructure, better system stability, continuous public education, and more intensive assistance for digitally vulnerable users.
2026-05-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Gagam Sarwadi, Rossi Maunofa Widayat, Inka Nusamuda Pratamahttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2277External Actor Involvement in Myanmar Conflict Negotiations: China’s Mediation with the Three Brotherhood Alliance Post-Coup 20212026-04-16T03:15:17+07:00Wahyu Dwi Pambagyo[email protected]Mohammad Aras Al Rasyid[email protected]Ahmad Sahide[email protected]
This study aims to analyze China’s role as an external mediator in the Myanmar conflict following the 2021 military coup and the military operations of the Three Brothers Alliance. The study examines China’s transformation from a policy of non-intervention to active diplomatic engagement and its impact on regional stability. The theoretical framework used is mediation theory, specifically Zartman's concept of Mutually Hurting Stalemate (MHS), which explains that effective mediation occurs when the conflicting parties recognize the losses caused by the continuation of the conflict and are motivated to negotiate. This theoretical framework helps to understand China’s mediation strategy in facilitating dialogue amid the complex political and military stalemate in Myanmar. This study uses a qualitative library research method by analyzing secondary data from academic journals, policy reports, and reliable media sources such as The Irrawaddy, Reuters, and Al Jazeera. Thematic analysis is applied to identify patterns of China’s diplomatic, military, and economic involvement. The main findings reveal that China’s military and economic support has strengthened the political legitimacy of Myanmar's military junta, increased Myanmar's economic dependence on China’s, and exacerbated tensions with ethnic groups in Myanmar. Regionally, China’s influence has deepened divisions within ASEAN, affected relations with India, and heightened security tensions in the region.
2026-04-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Wahyu Dwi pambagyo, Mohammad Aras Al Rasyid, Ahmad Sahidehttps://jurnal.erapublikasi.id/index.php/IJOMS/article/view/2260Decision-Making Process in Indonesia Immigration Policy During The Covid-19 Pandemic2026-04-09T07:22:40+07:00Muhammad Sairi[email protected]Siti Yeni Aisyah[email protected]
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various sectors of life, including immigration policy in Indonesia. This article aims to analyze the decision-making process in Indonesian immigration policy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a qualitative approach, this article examines policy documents and legislation, and conducts in-depth interviews with relevant policymakers. The results indicate that the immigration policy decision-making process during the pandemic was influenced by several factors, including: (1) pressure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, (2) the need to maintain economic stability, and (3) considerations of humanitarian aspects. In response to the pandemic, the Indonesian government has issued various dynamic and adaptive immigration policies. These policies include restrictions on the entry of foreign nationals, extensions of stay permits, and the repatriation of Indonesian citizens. While these policies have been successful in suppressing the number of COVID-19 cases, they have also presented several challenges, such as negative impacts on the tourism and investment sectors. This article concludes that the immigration policy decision-making process during the COVID-19 pandemic is complex and multidimensional. The government needs to continuously evaluate and improve existing immigration policies and strengthen coordination between relevant institutions in decision-making.
2026-04-19T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Sairi, Siti Yeni Aisyah
