Pengaruh Kemitraan Ekonomi Kreatif Dan Sistem Maklun Terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemitraan ekonomi kreatif (X1) dan sistem maklun (X2) terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa (Y). Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang memiliki minat kewirausahaan dan terlibat dalam kegiatan berbasis ekonomi kreatif dengan memanfaatkan layanan maklun sebagai strategi produksi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data melalui IBM SPSS Statistic versi 22.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan ekonomi kreatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa, ditunjukkan oleh nilai rerata sebesar 3,88 yang masuk kategori baik. Hipotesis kedua membuktikan bahwa sistem maklun juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan rerata 3,92 kategori baik, serta memberikan kontribusi sebesar 35,27% terhadap motivasi mahasiswa. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa efisiensi biaya, fleksibilitas produksi, dan fokus pada pemasaran menjadi faktor penting dalam menumbuhkan motivasi kewirausahaan. Hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan pengaruh simultan X1 dan X2 terhadap Y, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,475, yang berarti kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa sebesar 47,5%, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan sosialisasi, pendampingan, serta penguatan akses pasar agar kemitraan ekonomi kreatif dan sistem maklun dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih optimal dalam menciptakan wirausaha baru dari kalangan mahasiswa.
