Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), profitabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda serta uji asumsi klasik untuk memastikan validitas model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas R&D berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Sebaliknya, likuiditas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya investasi R&D sebagai strategi jangka panjang yang mampu meningkatkan daya saing dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada fokus analisis R&D dalam konteks industri makanan dan minuman di pasar berkembang, yang masih jarang dikaji secara empiris di Indonesia.
