Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Job Security terhadap Organizational Commitment pada pekerja Generasi Z di Kota Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif terhadap 111 responden yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance dan Job Security berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Organizational Commitment. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,666 menunjukkan bahwa 66,6% variasi komitmen organisasi dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Tingkat signifikansi ditetapkan pada α = 0,10 karena penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif pada konteks pekerja Generasi Z di wilayah urban. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan rasa aman dalam pekerjaan merupakan faktor penting dalam memperkuat loyalitas generasi muda. Oleh karena itu, organisasi disarankan mengembangkan kebijakan kerja yang menekankan keseimbangan kerja serta memberikan jaminan keamanan kerja sebagai strategi peningkatan keterikatan karyawan.
